The LS-PAC MODELS Center's STEM Speaker Series Presents - Dr. Rafael Luna - "The Art of Scientific Storytelling"

All Day, Oct 23, 2020

Ever wish you could "drop the mic" when writing about your research and leave readers wanting more?  In this session, Dr. Rafael Luna (Associate Dean, Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences at Boston College and Director of the Gateway Scholars Program in STEM) will present his talk titled "The Art of Scientific Storytelling," based on his book of the same name.  Dr. Luna will provide insights into how researchers can incorporate principles of impactful storytelling with principles of science to craft an engaging narrative that can make the difference between receiving just a few citations and delivering a stimulating, thought-provoking article that makes a lasting impact in its field.
